Job Description:

Butler Service Desk Agent position at The St. Regis Bangkok, responsible for handling all guest requests, questions, and concerns through various communication channels while providing exceptional service and maintaining company standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Answer, record, and process all guest requests, questions, or concerns via telephone, email, chat, and mobile communication devices
  • Operate telephone switchboard and process wake-up calls
  • Receive, record, and relay messages accurately
  • Log guest requests into computer system and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Provide information about room features, property amenities, and local areas of interest
  • Process room service orders and answer menu questions
  • Assist guests with internet access and guestroom entertainment
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
  • Assist individuals with disabilities
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships
  • Support team to reach common goals

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • No related work experience
  • No supervisory experience
  • No license or certification required
  • Ability to answer, record, and process guest requests via telephone, email, chat, and mobile devices
  • Operate telephone switchboard
  • Process wake-up calls
  • Receive, record, and relay messages accurately
  • Log guest requests into computer system
  • Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction
  • Provide information about room features, property amenities, and local areas
  • Process room service orders
  • Assist guests with internet and entertainment access
  • Maintain professional uniform and appearance
  • Maintain confidentiality
