Job Description:

They aim to build rapport with guests and create bespoke experiences while following professional standards of appearance and conduct. The role requires physical activity and close coordination with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

Provide bespoke experiences and services to fulfill guest needs during pre-arrival, check-in, throughout the stay and upon departure
coordinate efforts of Butler Valets
verify other departments supporting butler services are equipped to meet guest needs
build rapport with guests, proactively anticipate guest needs and act upon them
create a safe workplace
follow company policies and procedures
ensure professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications
perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
6-months related work experience required
