Job Responsibility

Lead and manage a team of butlers, providing guidance, training, and mentorship
Coordinate butler services across the property, ensuring seamless and personalized guest experiences
Develop and implement standard operating procedures for butler services
Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment necessary for butler operations
Liaise with other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly and efficiently
Handle VIP guests and special requests, providing tailored services to exceed expectations
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members
