Job Responsibility:
Expert Processing: Professionally cutting, deboning, and trimming various types of meat as a skilled Meat Trimmer and Deboner.
Safety First: Strictly following hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP) to ensure a top-tier food environment.
Quality Control: Meticulously checking the meat quality during different stages of the process as an Industrial Butcher.
Team Collaboration: Maintaining a clean and organized workspace together with your colleagues to ensure a smooth production flow.
Result-Oriented: Ensuring all customer orders are completed with precision before the shift ends.
Requirements:
Experience: You have initial experience as a Butcher, Deboner, or Meat Cutter and are familiar with the fundamental techniques of the trade.
Language Skills: You have a good command (speaking and understanding) of English, Dutch, OR French.
Flexibility: Early shifts are no problem for you! You are willing to work on Saturdays (on a rotation basis) and are comfortable with variable end times.
Attitude: You work accurately and maintain high hygiene standards, showing a great sense of responsibility for the final product.
Technical Skills: Proficient in using professional tools for Meat Processing and trimming.
