Job Responsibility:
Greet each customer in the restaurant with a smile
Prepare the station for the shift
Ensure utensils and condiments are on the table
Refill drinks and clear used dishes and glassware
Deliver hot food to customers when ready in the hallway
Provide assistance to servers with customers as needed
Follow all food safety and cleanliness rules
Clear dishes from tables, reset tables, and clean seats and floors
Communicate table availability
Separate items in the dishwashing area
Requirements:
Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
Ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely carry up to 30 pounds
Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking ability
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to communicate effectively in English and/or Spanish
Strong teamwork skills
Attention to detail
Ability to follow safety and hygiene procedures
Demonstrated customer service skills
Nice to have:
Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is a plus but not required
