Job Description

Piccolo Morini is the newest concept from Altamarea Group — the team behind Marea, Ai Fiori, and 53 — bringing a fresh, high-energy take on Italian dining to SoHo. Focused on handcrafted pasta and Italian small plates, the restaurant delivers a vibrant, fast-paced guest experience rooted in quality and hospitality. We are seeking a Busser to support our front-of-house team and help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient dining room. This role is ideal for someone who is attentive, team-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility

Clear, reset, and maintain tables efficiently during service
Support servers and front-of-house team to ensure smooth operations
Refill water, assist with guest needs, and anticipate service flow
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service stations
Assist with opening and closing side work

Requirements

Previous restaurant experience preferred, but not required
Strong work ethic and ability to move with urgency
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
