Job Description:

Interlachen Country Club is seeking a Busser/ Food Runner! Our team provides exceptional service and a welcoming environment for our members in our restaurants, the Bobby Jones Pub & Grill and The Lodge. We are looking for individuals who are friendly, love working within a team, and have a passion for people to produce an experience for our members. We believe in serving from the heart. Job Responsibility:

  • Enhance our member experience by anticipating needs, personalizing interactions, and striving to be the best part of each member's day
  • Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately
  • Offer members and guests a warm greeting and a fond farewell
  • Be knowledgeable about the menu, specials, and other Club offerings
  • Support your fellow team members and contribute to a healthy, positive culture

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Food Running/ Bussing and Club experience is a plus
  • Experience with restaurant POS systems is a plus
  • Must be 16 years or older
