Job Description:

Now Hiring: Busser / Food Runners – Join the Food & Beverage team at Desert Mountain Club, one of the largest private country clubs in North America! In this role, you will play a key role in executing an exceptional experience for the restaurant's guests and members! You will be responsible for assisting the restaurant servers by providing positive guest interactions in a friendly and efficient manner, clear and clean tables, appropriately stocking all areas of the restaurant, and running food. Seven at Desert Mountain is a fast-paced, family-friendly, indoor-outdoor gastropub that brings a casually elegant twist to the dining scene.

Job Responsibility:

  • Reset tables and ensure tables and chairs are free of food particles and water spots
  • Set tables with clean linens, china, silverware and glassware
  • Remove dirty dishes from dining room and carry them to the dishwashing area
  • Stock side stations with silverware, china, glass, ice and any other items that may be needed
  • Check on tables during service hours and provide water refills and clearing of dishes
  • Respond appropriately to guest requests and communicate them to server as needed
  • Pour coffee, replenish rolls and butter
  • Remain on dining room floor to be available and visible as much as possible
  • Assist in function set-up and tear-down
  • Assist with food delivery, as needed
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Team player with a great attitude and strong work ethic
  • Passion for delivering an excellent guest experience
  • Prior restaurant and/or country club experience is a plus
  • Required to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Required to stand for long periods of time
