Salesforce is looking for highly talented and passionate individuals who can effectively articulate how & why our solutions can help transform Customers’ business and exceed their goals! Salesforce is striving to deliver business transformation enabled by technology to its customers and therefore requires individuals able to develop deep insight into the business dynamics of large complex enterprises and help shape customers change agenda. You will work with our sales teams, with our broad extended account team and our most senior executives on some of the most strategic accounts in France. Specifically, this role is focused on definition of Account Strategies, delivery of C-Level value propositions, investment justifications and development of complex deal structures and commercial proposals for large deals.

Job Responsibility

  • Work with accounts sales teams to define the commercial strategy
  • prioritize sales initiatives based on pain points, value creation potential, and customers’ strategic priorities
  • Build and deliver compelling Investment Justifications to secure Customers’ funding for Salesforce solutions
  • Work closely with account teams and customers to identify, analyze and articulate key business value drivers
  • Articulate how our solutions will digitally transform customers’ businesses at scale
  • Put together attractive deal structures and articulate the value of our Proposals
  • Create and deliver C- level compelling propositions as basis for strategic technology and investment decisions
  • Articulate strategic and industry insights to support sales team in identifying the best playgrounds to grow and present at key events
  • Support the acceleration strategy of our Agentforce solutions by driving insights an recommendations where agents could create values for our clients
  • Collaborate closely with all the pre-sales team of the CCO to make our proposals attractive and compelling

Requirements

  • Experience in a Strategy Consulting Firm or a similar role in a Tech environment
  • Strong analytical & problem solving skills essential
  • Strong quantitative capabilities to articulate business cases
  • Deep industry perspectives for at least one priority vertical (e.g., Manufacturing, CPG, Telco,...)
  • Able to thrive in a rapidly evolving and fast-paced environment
  • Able to bring structure in complex situations and to navigate ambiguity
  • Strong ability to create, quantify insights and communicate recommendations to CxOs
  • Strong influencing capabilities
