Job Description:

6-month co-op or internship starting July 2026. You'll be part of our Platform Advisory Team (PAT), working with Justin Samakow, our Platform Advisory Director. The PAT team sits at the intersection of strategy, sales, and customer success - developing business cases, workshops, and strategic insights that help C-level prospects understand the value and fit of Mirakl's platform. You'll collaborate with teams across AMER and EMEA, as well as Customer Success, Solution Engineering, Marketing, and Sales Operations, contributing directly to the acceleration of Mirakl's sales process.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist in the creation and delivery of business cases — including workshops and analytics — to demonstrate the value of Mirakl's platform to potential clients
  • Build and compile knowledge benchmarks and insights for the Sales team to use in pitches, in collaboration with Customer Success and Solution Engineering
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Ops to identify needs for new materials and tools
  • Develop new AI agentic use cases in partnership with the AMER and EMEA PAT teams
  • Contribute to Global Platform Advisory Team projects that advance our knowledge base and methodologies

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Strategy, Economics, or a related field
  • Interest in consulting, research, or e-commerce strategy
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with an interest in data analysis methodologies including web scraping
  • Emerging business acumen and a genuine desire to learn and grow in a commercial environment
  • Clear communication skills with an eagerness to develop executive-level presentation abilities
  • Organized, structured, and proactive — you approach challenges with a positive attitude
  • Adaptable across different corporate environments and industries
  • English: Professional proficiency required
