As BU TA Manager, you will lead this evolution within your Business Unit, shaping and implementing a forward-looking strategy, building trusted partnerships with senior leaders, and empowering your team to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes. Your leadership will ensure that talent becomes a true driver of growth, with stronger alignment to business needs, consistent execution, and a lasting step-change in how we hire.
Job Responsibility:
Act as a trusted partner: Work with BU leadership to translate workforce planning into hiring priorities, providing insights and guidance that strengthen business decisions
Lead and grow your team: Manage and develop TA Partners and Senior TA Partners, ensuring clear roles, strong engagement, and continuous capability building
Deliver high impact hiring: Personally lead mission critical recruitment projects within the BU, ensuring consistent use of proactive sourcing, talent mapping, and structured behavioral assessments
Strengthen how we hire: Partner with business and People & Culture leadership to build leaders capability in planning interviewing, talent scouting, and ambassadorship
Ensure compliance and excellence: Drive process adherence and documentation in Avature, lead hiring audits, and ensure compliance with policy, governance, and local legal requirements
Support and implement group TA initiatives: Participate and contribute to group TA projects, drive adoption of digitalization, capability, DEI, and other transformation programs within your BU
Maximize resources: Manage BU recruiting budgets and vendors, ensuring effective allocation of costs and resources
Requirements:
University degree in a relevant field
Extensive experience in Talent Acquisition, including team leadership
Track record of hiring for leadership or high impact roles in FMCG or similar multinational environment
Advanced interviewing and candidate evaluation expertise, including behavioral assessments
Proficiency with advanced ATS & CRM solutions and sourcing tools
Ability to influence senior leaders, apply insights and trends, and drive continuous improvement
