We’re evolving how we hire and elevating Talent Acquisition as a true strategic partner to the business. As BU TA Manager, you will lead this evolution within your Business Unit, shaping and implementing a forward-looking strategy, building trusted partnerships with senior leaders, and empowering your team to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes. Your leadership will ensure that talent becomes a true driver of growth, with stronger alignment to business needs, consistent execution, and a lasting step-change in how we hire.

Job Responsibility

  • Act as a trusted partner: Work with BU leadership to translate workforce planning into hiring priorities, providing insights and guidance that strengthen business decisions
  • Lead and grow your team: Manage and develop TA Partners and Senior TA Partners, ensuring clear roles, strong engagement, and continuous capability building
  • Deliver high impact hiring: Personally lead mission critical recruitment projects within the BU, ensuring consistent use of proactive sourcing, talent mapping, and structured behavioral assessments
  • Strengthen how we hire: Partner with business and People & Culture leadership to build leaders capability in planning interviewing, talent scouting, and ambassadorship
  • Ensure compliance and excellence: Drive process adherence and documentation in Avature, lead hiring audits, and ensure compliance with policy, governance, and local legal requirements
  • Support and implement group TA initiatives: Participate and contribute to group TA projects, drive adoption of digitalization, capability, DEI, and other transformation programs within your BU
  • Maximize resources: Manage BU recruiting budgets and vendors, ensuring effective allocation of costs and resources

Requirements

  • University degree in a relevant field
  • Extensive experience in Talent Acquisition, including team leadership
  • Track record of hiring for leadership or high impact roles in FMCG or similar multinational environment
  • Advanced interviewing and candidate evaluation expertise, including behavioral assessments
  • Proficiency with advanced ATS & CRM solutions and sourcing tools
  • Ability to influence senior leaders, apply insights and trends, and drive continuous improvement
