Job Responsibility:
Take full commercial ownership of the Nordic WTR business
Define the strategic direction, ensure strong commercial execution and translate market opportunities into profitable and sustainable results
Drive key partnerships across multiple healthcare systems
Work strategically with Key Opinion Leaders, tender committees, procurement teams and wholesalers
Guide distributors in the Nordic Countries through tender processes, negotiate agreements and conduct regular performance reviews
Hold full P&L responsibility for the Nordic WTR business, including pipeline management, accurate forecasting and performance reporting
Develop and execute a Nordic growth strategy, including a clear plan for establishing and scaling the market for Kerecis
Lead, coach and develop the team in Denmark to ensure delivery on sales targets, KPIs and aligned marketing initiatives
Requirements:
Several years of experience in medical device sales, including leadership roles
Solid experience with P&L responsibility and driving growth in complex healthcare markets – preferably with wound care and experience from Nordic markets outside Denmark is an advantage
Proven experience with tender strategy and execution, including wholesaler and distributor relationship management
Minimum a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field
Fluent in Danish and English
Proficiency in other Nordic languages as a clear plus
