Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated leader to support the Real Estate Services (RES), Facilities and Construction (F&C), Business Execution Team in Citi. This role involves providing critical strategic and program leadership, enabling RES and F&C stakeholders to achieve significant impact by developing, managing, and delivering promised results. It requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to transform complex data into actionable business insights, thereby enhancing operational efficiency and fostering strategic growth. This senior leadership role will be instrumental in defining and executing the strategic vision for critical programs, driving large-scale transformation initiatives, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the Real Estate Services and Facilities & Construction domains. The SVP will be accountable for the successful delivery and sustained value realization of a portfolio of strategic programs.

Job Responsibility

  • Translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations that support execution across RES functions
  • Analyze internal and external data to identify trends, assess performance, and define opportunities for process architecture and improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and support business planning
  • Ensure data integrity and governance is embedded across all reporting inputs and outputs by developing validation processes and partnering with data source/system owners to support robust process controls
  • Develop data-driven reports and presentations to communicate key findings and strategic recommendations to senior management and non-technical stakeholders
  • Provide ad hoc insights and data support for strategic and operational projects
  • Define and articulate strategic program visions, objectives, and success metrics that directly align with broader organizational and business goals for RES and F&C
  • Lead the entire lifecycle of complex, cross-functional programs, from initial ideation and robust business case development through to planning, execution, and comprehensive benefits realization
  • Drive the creation of compelling business cases, clearly articulating the value proposition, detailed financial projections (costs, ROI, TCO), resource requirements, critical dependencies, and potential risks for strategic investments
  • Develop and manage comprehensive program roadmaps, outlining strategic initiatives, key milestones, interdependencies, resource allocation, and critical path activities
  • Oversee program execution, ensuring strict adherence to established methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid), quality standards, governance frameworks, and proactive risk management practices
  • Establish robust frameworks and mechanisms for tracking program performance, measuring key performance indicators (KPIs), and rigorously demonstrating tangible value delivery and benefits realization to senior leadership and executive stakeholders
  • Actively manage interdependencies across multiple projects and initiatives within the strategic program portfolio, identifying and mitigating potential conflicts or roadblocks
  • Champion and drive the adoption of best practices in program management, business analysis, and process improvement across the organization

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in global and complex settings with multiple stakeholders
  • Management experience, preferably in a financial services role
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry and technology
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a team
  • Proven ability to work in high-pressure environments
  • Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
