Job Description:

Our new Financial Controller is responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management across the Ovarro Group and individual country entities. Job Responsibility:

Leading key reporting processes, support strategic decision-making, and ensure strong financial governance across the business, partnering closely with senior stakeholders at both Ovarro and Indicor
Oversee the planning and delivery of financial forecasts at all horizons: quarterly, annual budgets, and long-range plans
Present financial performance and projections at board and business updates
Drive continuous improvement in reporting, including greater automation and enabling self-service access to financial data
Partner with the Ovarro Managing Director to shape and lead financial strategy, manage the finance team, and support sustainable business growth

Requirements:

Experience as FC or assistant to FC with experience of working within an international products and software environment
Experience of leading a small team
Professional qualification in Finance or Accounting with 2+ years post qualification experience
Working knowledge of a range of software packages including Excel

Nice to have:

Use of SAGE would be preferable
