In an exciting bid to further strengthen growth in the market, they are now seeking to appoint a Business Unit Director to Lead their growth plan into Convenience & Impulse.

Job Responsibility:

  • Strategic lead for total Convenience & Impulse (inc. On-The-Go) Channel
  • Drive business performance within accounts
  • Act as key lead for board visible strategic initiatives
  • Form category leading trading strategies
  • Strategic mapping & new business development (40%)
  • Leading the team & customer contact (40%)
  • Getting close to NPD, marketing & the manufacturing teams (20%)
  • Accountability for all senior contacts within Convenience & Impulse Channel
  • Working with key trade marketing stakeholders
  • Supporting launch of NPD

Requirements:

  • Operating at a high commercial level within a leading branded FMCG business
  • Experience at BUD/Channel Director level or extensive experience at Controller level
  • Significant channel experience across Convenience & Impulse, High-Street & On-The-Go, or OOH/Foodservice (Related to On-The-Go)
