Job Description:

Business travel consultant - touring specialist - Required for this expanding independent based in the West End. Hybrid with 3 days a week in the office, salary between 38/48k, previous touring experience or production experience is a must, as well as sabre knowledge.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage entertainment and touring client travel logistics ensuring the highest level of service is provided at all times
  • Handling air, hotels, ground transport, meet & assist and private charters from start to finish , providing full dedicated support to all customers using sabre
  • Ensure a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of role Prioritise work load, delivering within given deadlines
  • Ensuring client budgets and specific requirements are met
  • Process any administrative tasks including accounting queries, promptly and accurately

Requirements:

  • Touring or production experience is a must
  • Sabre knowledge is a must
  • Strong reissues, ticketing and refunds experience
