Job Description

Business travel consultant - touring specialist required for this expanding independent based in the West End. Homebased, hybrid or office based, salary between 38/48k, previous touring experience or production experience is a must, as well as sabre knowledge ideally, but they will cross train from another GDS.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage entertainment and touring client travel logistics ensuring the highest level of service is provided at all times
  • Handling air, hotels, ground transport, meet & assist and private charters from start to finish , providing full dedicated support to all customers using sabre
  • Ensure a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of role Prioritise work load, delivering within given deadlines
  • Ensuring client budgets and specific requirements are met
  • Process any administrative tasks including accounting queries, promptly and accurately

Requirements

  • Touring or production experience is a must
  • Sabre knowledge ideally but they will cross train
  • Strong reissues, ticketing and refunds experience

  • Continuously recruit, interview and hire personal trainers and small group trainers to meet fitness equation needs of the club and ensure all clients are properly serviced
  • Train and onboard new fitness coaches following company guidelines and protocols ensuring all coaches meet their session ramp milestones and productivity standards
