The People Domain sits at the heart of how Mollie scales across Europe, and this role puts you right in the middle of it. As our Business Transformation Specialist, you will report into the Business Transformation Lead and directly support the VP of People and the People Leadership Team. You bring the structure, the follow-through, and the energy that keeps the domain moving with clarity and purpose. You will work across a genuinely varied portfolio, supporting strategic initiatives across the domain and collaborating closely with the planning and analysis team on data and capability work. Partnering with the Business Transformation Lead and Senior People leaders, you will own project streams independently, maintain governance rhythms, and make sure the People domain's vision translates into execution. This is a role for someone who is energised by operational complexity, comfortable working across legal, employment, compliance, and people functions, and ready to take ownership from day one. You will have central visibility across the entire domain and a front-row seat to strategic decision-making at Mollie.
Job Responsibility
Drive PLT governance outcomes: Own the full coordination, scheduling, and facilitation of People Leadership Team meetings, domain reviews, and portfolio workshops, ensuring agendas are focused, pre-reads land on time, and every action item is tracked through to completion.
Manage the People portfolio: Administer and track the broader People Roadmap, monitor objectives and quarterly OKRs, and maintain full transparency across teams on where things stand and what is coming next.
Own independent project streams: Take projects from initial scoping through to execution across a range of strategic workstreams, including operational setup, location and market initiatives, and cross-functional priorities.
Maintain KPI reporting: Update the domain KPI scorecard regularly, translate operational metrics into clear and structured insights, and present findings in a way that supports senior leadership in making informed decisions.
Enable data and capability initiatives: Collaborate with the planning and analysis team on data projects and contribute to building stronger tools and workflows within the People domain.
Keep stakeholders connected: Serve as the coordination point across legal, employment, Finance, Planning and Analysis, compliance, and the broader People team, ensuring the right people have the right information at the right time.
Requirements
Proven project management experience, including independently owning and delivering projects end to end, with strong familiarity with project management tools, tracking systems, and governance frameworks.
A structured and organised approach to operations: you can manage multiple workstreams at once, establish clear cadences where they are missing, and keep senior stakeholders aligned without needing to be chased.
A strong analytical mindset and data fluency: you are comfortable working with data, building and maintaining scorecards, and translating numbers into insights that are useful for leadership.
Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal: you can present to senior stakeholders, facilitate meetings effectively, and handle complex or sensitive topics with composure.
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset: you identify issues early, think ahead, and come with a proposed path forward rather than just a flag.
Flexibility across tools and environments: you adapt quickly to different project management tools and thrive in a fast-moving, ambiguous scale-up setting where priorities can shift and structure sometimes needs to be built from scratch.
