The Transformation Project Manager is responsible for delivering complex, cross‑functional business transformation initiatives that support enterprise strategy and operational excellence. This role will initially lead the execution of a large‑scale Transformation initiative in Europe, accountable for delivery from project execution through close-out. Upon a project's completion, the role will transition to managing additional Transformation Project Management initiatives across the organization. This role requires a seasoned project manager with strong execution discipline and the ability to operate effectively across functions, regions, and leadership levels.
Job Responsibility
Leads manufacturing footprint and supply chain restructuring activities, from project execution through close-out
Develops, maintains and measures the integrated project plan, including scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and resourcing
Coordinate cross‑functional teams (e.g., Operations, Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, Finance, HR, external partners) to ensure aligned execution
Manage project governance, including phase gates, executive updates, escalation management, change management, and decision documentation
Identify, track, and drive mitigation of project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and clear ownership
Ensure readiness for go‑live, including operational handover, documentation, training coordination, and performance tracking post‑implementation
Partner with functional leaders to translate defined business objectives into actionable and executable project plans
Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of Transformation project practices and standards
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field
7–10 years of progressive project management experience delivering complex, cross‑functional initiatives
Demonstrated experience leading operational, supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing‑related projects
Strong working knowledge of formal project management methodologies and governance frameworks
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, risks, and stakeholders simultaneously
Strong written, verbal, and executive‑level communication skills
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time depending on program / project requirements
Fluent in English

Experience working in a matrixed or global organization
Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
