Job Description

We are seeking a Business Transformation Analyst to join our SA & BO PMO team. In this role, you will support process design, operational management, and business transformation initiatives. You will work closely with the PMO & Business Support team to ensure operational health across multiple central activities, including presales, project and programme delivery, and transition to operations. This position is pivotal in driving process improvements, standardising best practices, and enhancing customer experience through effective stakeholder engagement.

Job Responsibility

  • Maintain standards, processes, and policies within PMO and GVBTS for consistency and best practices
  • Support governance frameworks, including training, communication, and stakeholder engagement
  • Identify trends and recommend solutions to improve efficiency
  • Assist in managing central GVBTS processes such as demand and capacity management, governance activities, and finance tracking
  • Ensure presales and delivery processes align with established methodologies
  • Support collaboration and communication using digital tools like Teams and SharePoint
  • Operate within an Agile team environment
  • Contribute to transformational change and continuous improvement initiatives by challenging the status quo and supporting strategic objectives

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the Telco or IT industry
  • Highly organised, analytical, and curious, with strong problem-solving skills
  • Skilled in stakeholder management within complex organisations
  • Basic understanding of business operations and project management principles
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
  • Knowledge of finance and risk management
  • Proficient in digital collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, MS Engage)
  • Strong technical skills in Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, Jira, and Confluence
  • Advanced SharePoint capabilities and knowledge of Power BI (advantageous)
  • Agile and PRINCE2/PMI certifications are desirable
