We are seeking a Business Transformation Analyst – German Speaker to support product onboarding across the Vodafone Business Technology Solutions landscape. In this role, the individual will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, ensuring smooth delivery from early product design stages through to operational handover. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder management expertise, and a solid understanding of delivery methodologies, Agile frameworks, and performance management tools.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support end-to-end onboarding of new products within the Vodafone Business portfolio, from early definition to market readiness
  • Apply Vodafone Business Technology Solutions delivery methodologies, contributing to presales, post-sales, and delivery phases
  • Integrate effectively within SAFe Agile squads and guilds based on chapter priorities
  • Utilise business intelligence tools such as Power BI to support performance reporting and forecasting
  • Conduct KPI assessments and recommend performance improvements
  • Manage escalations, risks, and challenges with structured mitigation approaches
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to enable seamless delivery
  • Lead or participate in service improvement workshops, value stream mapping, and process optimisation sessions
  • Support stakeholder management and project governance activities
  • Track, analyse, and communicate performance insights across multiple teams

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German at C1 level
  • Holder of a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a multinational environment, ideally within Telecom or IT
  • Knowledgeable in SAFe Agile, delivery frameworks, project governance, and PMO functions
  • Skilled in Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Power BI
  • Experienced in KPI management, continuous improvement, and business transformation programmes
  • Strong communicator with excellent analytical, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills
  • Able to work autonomously, prioritise effectively, and drive activities to completion

Nice to have:

Certifications such as Six Sigma, Prince2, CSM or CSPO are advantageous
