Job Responsibility

  • Understand the business context: Analyze current processes, organizational dynamics, and pain points to build a solid baseline before any transformation initiative
  • Surface and structure needs: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to capture, challenge, and formalize their requirements and transformation goals
  • Shape the vision: Help business teams define a clear and ambitious TO-BE vision, ensuring it is realistic, aligned with IT capabilities, and consistent with broader initiatives
  • Identify solutions: Explore and evaluate digital opportunities with an innovative mindset, drawing on market trends, best practices, and internal knowledge
  • Bridge business and IT: Translate business needs into clear, actionable briefs for IT teams and ensure mutual understanding throughout the process
  • Drive alignment: Maintain oversight of ongoing initiatives within the assigned domain, flagging overlaps, dependencies, and strategic inconsistencies
  • Communicate and inspire: Prepare structured deliverables and presentations for senior stakeholders, making complex topics accessible and compelling
  • Support adoption: Assist business teams in embedding new ways of working, ensuring changes are understood, accepted, and sustained
  • Identify and assess AI opportunities: Detect relevant use cases where AI can bring value, assess feasibility, and support their prioritization in alignment with business

Requirements

  • Experience conducting stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements gathering sessions
  • Familiarity with design thinking methodologies
  • Fluency in English and in one of the national languages as well as proficiency in the other national language
  • Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to challenge, inspire, and build trust at all levels
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, combined with a pragmatic and innovative approach to problem solving
  • Master's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or Information Systems Management
  • Proven track record in roles such as business analyst, functional analyst, digital consultant or related roles
