Ace Hardware is looking for a highly skilled and motivated full time Business-to-Business (B2B) Champion to join our team. As a B2B Champion, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, prospecting new business accounts, and ensuring that our valued customers have everything they need to succeed. Your expertise will not only benefit our business clients but also enhance the overall retail experience for all customers.

Job Responsibility

  • Customer Service and Sales: Provide excellent customer service by assisting with product selection, answering inquiries, and ensuring a top-notch shopping experience
  • B2B Sales and Prospecting: Identify and convert business prospects into loyal customers through tailored solutions and expert advice
  • Sales Support and Follow-up: Reach out to business clients to discuss their needs, follow up on opportunities, and ensure increased purchases
  • Product Knowledge and Special Orders: Be a product expert, source special orders, and ensure timely delivery
  • Team Collaboration: Foster a culture of B2B awareness, collaborate with the team, and communicate goals effectively
  • Sales Tracking and Reporting: Utilize tools like Salesforce to monitor sales performance and report results to management
  • Loss Prevention and Safety: Maintain a vigilant eye on shoplifting prevention and adhere to company policies

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree a plus
  • 6-12 months of retail experience preferred
  • Strong sales, customer service, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Bilingual (Spanish) skills preferred
