Job Responsibility

  • Be an interface between business strategy and technology to enable business value
  • Apply structured, hypothesis-driven problem solving in ambiguous client situations
  • Build and deliver decks with the storyline needed to convince C-suite leaders on the feasibility and criticality of technology topics
  • Work with solution architects and other teams to shape IT strategies
  • Evaluate and select AI/ML solutions for enterprise contexts, including build vs. buy decisions
  • Develop business cases for AI investments, including ROI modelling
  • Apply knowledge of AI integration patterns (RAG, agents, fine-tuning trade-offs) to guide client decisions at a conceptual and practical level
  • Support project leads and independently lead client meetings and workshops
  • Develop project plans in conjunction with various stakeholders
  • Manage project artifacts including requirements documents, milestones, and deliverables to ensure delivery on time, in scope, and within budget
  • Set up and facilitate workshops and interviews with client teams
  • Travel as needed for client projects

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of technology consulting experience, potentially in combination with relevant industry experience
  • A degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science) and/or an MBA
  • Experience with modern integration and application architectures
  • Experience developing business application architecture
  • Familiarity with at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, etc.)
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, etc.), ERP systems, and cloud solutions
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience working with AI tools and LLMs
  • Ability to apply AI knowledge in a business context, not just as an end user
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written) in both Dutch and English
  • Proven ability to run workshops, facilitate interviews, and present to senior stakeholders
  • Ability to innovate and thrive in a constantly changing environment
