Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or Related Field (Preferred)
  • Less than 2 years Providing technical support for IT equipment, software, and mobile devices (Preferred)
  • Less than 2 years Advanced technical troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, and servers (Preferred)
  • Less than 2 years Working with Microsoft Office 365 Services and various operating systems including Windows and Apple OS (Preferred)
  • Problem Solving Expertise in identifying, diagnosing, and resolving complex technical issues in business technology systems. (Required)
  • Technical Support Ability to provide advanced technical support and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal business downtime. (Required)
  • Collaboration Strong capability to work effectively with both IT and business teams to optimize technology infrastructure. (Required)
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools to support documentation, reporting, and analysis tasks. (Required)
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
