Duties: Service support management process acumen, architecting and developing solutions in the areas of ticket management, field operations and service management, operate as the primary IT functional lead on improving initiatives, by enhanced use of Enterprise systems. Designing, developing, and documenting software to support process improvements, or company policies and procedures, Developing and maintaining integrations with internal and external systems, Work with the functional departments to design, develop, test system changes processes, and provide documentation and training the end users, Provide technical leadership throughout the requirements, design, build and implementation processes, Ensure compliance with key controls related to change management, user administration and logical security, Work with team members to advance the use of new technologies, develop tools, reports and work with users to define information needs, Performs routine maintenance of our client’s business systems, Work with other members of the IT Applications team providing guidance and assistance.

Requirements:
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Electronics or a related field
