Job Description:

Business Systems Consultant - Salesforce CRM. Apex Systems is a global IT services provider and our consulting practice has an opening for a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst Consultant who will be responsible for delivering end-to-end project implementation and act as a subject matter expert in solutions on Salesforce’s Financial Services Cloud and CRM Analytics for a Top Five Bank.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead complex projects to design strategic solutions aligned to the enterprise architecture roadmap
  • Support end-to-end project implementation and act as a subject matter expert in both business and technology
  • Ideate and collaborate with a diverse team to create and build flexible, innovative solutions
  • Understand and Document Requirements
  • Build client-focused solutions that meet business requirements
  • Prepare and validate solution design documents around areas such as scope clarification, solution requirements, and quality assurance
  • Support end-to-end project implementation as a subject matter expert, and provide guidance to a diverse team of technology and project professionals

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience supporting Salesforce CRM platform
  • 3 - 5 years working as a Business Systems Analyst with proven experience in agile delivery, in the area of requirements management on large and complex projects
  • Experience with Dashboarding, Analytics and Financial Service Cloud
  • Combination of traditional business analysis skills with agile analysis skills, and the ability to identify the need for and use techniques from either skillset (system context diagrams, use cases, storyboards, relative estimation)
  • Experience in requirements planning and prioritization including stakeholder analysis and effort estimation
  • Requirement elicitation techniques such as Data Analysis, Document Analysis, Interviews, Facilitated Workshops, Observation, Prototyping, Focus Groups, Surveys
  • Requirements management and communication – requirements walkthroughs

Nice to have:

  • Experience working in Scrum environments
