Business Systems Architect

We are looking for an architect who is excited about designing the future of Notion’s internal systems a future where AI is not an add-on, but the core engine that powers how our business operates. You will design the architecture that blends our foundational systems (Notion, Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, Marketo, Gainsight) with a rapidly evolving AI layer that accelerates workflows, improves decision making, and unlocks step-change productivity across every team. This is a role for someone who thinks beyond traditional systems design. Someone who sees how agentic workflows, automation, data integrity, and system architecture all connect. Someone who can build the blueprint for a smarter, faster, more scalable Notion.
