Job Description

We are seeking a Business Systems Application Support Analyst to support business-critical applications with a strong focus on business analysis, application support, systems analysis, SQL querying, and reporting. In this role, you will serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure enterprise systems run smoothly, issues are resolved quickly, and enhancements are successfully delivered. You will support ERP and CRM tools, assist with application configuration, testing, and implementation, and help monitor system performance and business continuity needs.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide application support for enterprise systems and business-critical applications
  • Partner with business and technical teams to gather requirements and resolve issues
  • Support ERP and CRM platforms, including troubleshooting and user support
  • Assist with system configuration, testing, and implementation of enhancements
  • Monitor system performance and support business continuity planning
  • Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and reports
  • Create recurring and ad hoc reports to support business decision-making
  • Analyze data, troubleshoot reporting issues, and ensure data accuracy

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in application support, business systems analysis, or business analysis
  • Strong SQL skills, including queries, joins, and stored procedures
  • Experience supporting ERP and CRM systems
  • Experience with reporting tools and data analysis
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
