Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will play a key part in analyzing, documenting, and optimizing business processes while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.

Job Responsibility:

Gather and analyze business requirements to ensure alignment with organizational goals
Develop detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) to capture system and process needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business objectives
Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives, to drive project success
Identify and resolve system-related issues to enhance operational efficiency
Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions
Provide clear and concise documentation to support system changes and process enhancements
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless communication
Monitor project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve business systems

Requirements:

Proven experience in business analysis and systems optimization
Strong knowledge of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and their development
Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and practices
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to conduct gap analyses
Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities
Proficiency in documenting processes and system changes
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies related to business systems
