Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support integration efforts between Salesforce and Acumatica using Workato. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in optimizing workflows, resolving technical challenges, and ensuring seamless data exchanges across systems. This position offers a great opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and implement best practices for system integrations.

Job Responsibility:

Design, audit, and refine Workato workflows to ensure efficient integration between Salesforce and Acumatica
Troubleshoot and resolve system integration issues, focusing on data accuracy and validation
Implement robust error handling, logging, and modular design approaches to improve system reliability
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify workflow gaps and develop effective solutions
Optimize data transformation processes to enhance system functionality and usability
Conduct detailed analysis of Salesforce and Acumatica data models to support integration improvements
Develop and maintain documentation for workflows, integrations, and technical configurations
Monitor and enhance automation recipes to ensure seamless data movement
Stay updated on industry best practices for integration tools and methodologies
Provide recommendations to improve system performance and scalability

Requirements:

Extensive experience with Workato or other integration platform-as-a-service (iPaaS) tools
Strong knowledge of Salesforce and Acumatica data models and integration processes
Proven ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex system workflows
Familiarity with Configure Price Quote (CPQ) processes and tools
Excellent analytical skills for auditing data accuracy and system functionality
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges
Strong documentation skills to support system updates and workflow improvements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business systems analysis or related fields
