Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support business process improvements and system implementations in Toledo, OH. You will play a key role in gathering requirements, mapping processes, and driving change initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and a proven ability to optimize workflows and enhance organizational efficiency.

Job Responsibility:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements
Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement
Develop comprehensive process maps to visualize workflows and recommend optimizations
Support system implementation projects by ensuring alignment with business needs
Facilitate change management initiatives to successfully integrate new processes and technologies
Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) to ensure clarity and accuracy
Work within Agile methodologies to deliver project milestones effectively
Conduct regular evaluations of implemented solutions to ensure they meet organizational goals
Provide ongoing support and training to teams adapting to process changes
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on system implementations
Strong understanding of business process improvement and process mapping techniques
Proficiency in creating and maintaining Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and their application in project management
Excellent skills in requirements gathering and documentation
Demonstrated ability to lead change management initiatives effectively
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams
