Job Responsibility:

  • Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend effective solutions
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) to guide system enhancements
  • Configure, implement, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics to align with operational workflows
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address business needs
  • Utilize Smartsheet and other tools to streamline project tracking and coordination
  • Integrate AI-driven platforms to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making
