Job Description:

Capstone IT is helping our client to find a Business Systems Analyst to support multiple Agile swim lanes and deliver high-impact solutions for a user-focused portal. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally to gather business requirements, translate them into actionable designs, and support end-to-end delivery—from ideation through post-release monitoring. This role blends UI/UX awareness with strong Agile practices and requires the ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

Gather, document, and analyze requirements from business stakeholders
Translate needs into solution designs, including mockups and user stories
Define edge cases, validations, and non-functional requirements
Participate actively in SCRUM ceremonies and support backlog refinement
Assist in UAT planning and performance monitoring post-release
Help keep Agile swim lanes progressing smoothly across teams

Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role
Proficient in Agile/SCRUM methodology with experience writing detailed user stories
Skilled in Jira and Confluence
Experience contributing to UI/UX discussions or creating basic mockups
Strong documentation and communication skills
Familiarity with SQL concepts (tables, joins) preferred for collaboration with technical teams
