We are working with a growing technology company in Irvine that is looking to add a Business Systems Analyst focused on HR integrations. This role will sit at the intersection of technical development and client interaction, helping improve integrations with third-party HRIS systems while supporting both internal teams and external customers. This is a hybrid role based in Irvine. The environment is collaborative but self-driven, with minimal micromanagement.
Job Responsibility:
Help improve integrations with third-party HRIS systems
Support both internal teams and external customers

Requirements:
3–6 years of experience in systems analysis, integrations, or technical application support roles
Experience working with APIs, data integrations, and SQL for troubleshooting and validation
Ability to work directly with clients to support implementations, troubleshoot issues, and explain technical concepts clearly
Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to take ownership of integration challenges end-to-end
