This role is responsible for understanding business processes, gathering detailed requirements, and translating them into technical specifications for new system implementations or enhancements.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and analyze business needs, processes, and workflows
Gather, document, and prioritize requirements for system changes, integrations, or new applications
Evaluate current systems and recommend improvements to drive efficiency, scalability, and innovation
Work with development, QA, and project management teams to ensure requirements are clearly communicated and understood
Develop user stories, process maps, and use cases in support of agile or iterative project methodologies
Support user acceptance testing, coordinate training, and ensure comprehensive documentation for business and technical users
Monitor solution performance post-implementation, troubleshoot issues, and recommend ongoing enhancements to systems and processes
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
Proven experience as a business or systems analyst in a technology-focused environment
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to evolving business environments
Nice to have:
Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Scrum Master
Experience with cloud-based solutions, systems integration, and data analytics
