This position plays a vital role in bridging the gap between business objectives and IT solutions, ensuring enterprise applications align with organizational goals and operate efficiently. This is 4 days onsite.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and optimize enterprise applications, focusing on functionality across departments such as Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing
Analyze business needs and translate them into effective system configurations, enhancements, and integrations
Lead cross-functional projects from requirements gathering through implementation and post-launch support
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes, enhance data integrity, and ensure system usability
Adapt to evolving priorities while maintaining alignment with the organization's strategic roadmap
Facilitate user adoption and standardize processes within the enterprise application ecosystem
Serve as a trusted advisor to business users and IT teams, offering insights into system capabilities and best practices
Work closely with developers, consultants, and vendors to deliver system enhancements and integrations
Ensure seamless data flow and alignment between enterprise systems and legacy applications
Document processes, workflows, and system configurations, and develop training materials for end-users
Requirements:
At least 3+ yrs IFS ERP experience, IFS Cloud preferred
Hands-on experience with enterprise applications, including configuration, support, and implementation
Strong understanding of business processes and cross-functional system integration
Familiarity with modules related to finance, manufacturing, supply chain, or operations
Experience with SQL
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
