The GTS AMR Distributions team is focused on ensuring smooth operations and optimization of distribution systems and processes. In this role, you will monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency and reliability of the systems used in our distribution centers.
Job Responsibility:
Analyze and troubleshoot incidents, requests and changes related to HighJump Warehouse Management (WMS) applications and other systems used in our distribution centers based on tickets
Manage and respond to incidents, requests and changes in timely manner and resolve them within set SLAs
Communicate and work with end users to understand problems and explain root causes
Monitor and triage alerts related to performance issues, failures, or errors
Identify root cause and propose solution for recurring issues
Document incident resolution processes
Facilitate and coordinate with incident management team and business users in case of P1/P2 issue
Requirements:
3 years of experience writing queries or stored procedures in SQL
Minimum 2 years of experience with HighJump Warehouse Management System (WMS) or other WMS applications
Experience with Tableau or Power BI is beneficial
Knowledge of SSRS is advantageous for generating detailed, structured reports
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 5 years of related experience
Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
Nice to have:
Experience with Tableau or Power BI is beneficial
Knowledge of SSRS is advantageous
