Job Description

This BSA III position is central to enabling a more efficient, scalable, and accurate digital content supply chain.

Job Responsibility

Help streamline how content is prepared, validated, delivered, and maintained across digital platforms, supporting timely releases, improved data quality, and stronger operational transparency

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or hybrid BA/PM
  • Proven success leading complex, multi-team projects from discovery through delivery
  • Experience with digital media operations, content distribution, publishing workflows, or licensing processes—strongly preferred
  • Exceptional ability to break down complex workflows and identify automation opportunities
  • Strong skills in requirements documentation, process mapping, and cross-functional facilitation
