We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst III to support cross-functional initiatives by evaluating business processes and identifying technology-driven improvements.
Job Responsibility:
Partner with business stakeholders to collect, clarify, and document functional needs for system-related initiatives
Translate business objectives into detailed requirements and communicate them effectively to development and technical teams
Meet with internal clients to understand processing needs, business challenges, and desired system outcomes
Evaluate current workflows and operational practices to identify opportunities for automation and improved efficiency
Conduct analysis such as cost-benefit and return-on-investment assessments to support system implementation decisions
Observe end-user activities, gather feedback, and analyze how information is created, used, and shared across processes
Work across teams to improve system integration and data compatibility throughout the organization
Support delivery within Agile Scrum environments by contributing to requirement planning, refinement, and ongoing collaboration
Requirements:
Proven experience in business analysis and business systems analysis roles
Strong ability to create and manage Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and related documentation
Experience gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into functional specifications
Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and participation in iterative project delivery
Ability to assess workflows, system capabilities, and operational constraints to recommend effective solutions
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with business users, developers, and project stakeholders
Analytical problem-solving skills with experience supporting process improvement and system optimization
