We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) – Wealth Management to join our team in Toronto, ON for an onsite full-time role. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze requirements and deliver solutions that support wealth management systems and processes.
Job Responsibility:
Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for wealth management applications
Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to deliver effective solutions
Create functional specifications, process flows, and system documentation
Support system integration, testing, and implementation activities
Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure solutions meet business needs
Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and organizational standards
Requirements:
Strong experience as a Business Systems Analyst in Wealth Management or Financial Services
Knowledge of wealth management platforms, investment products, and portfolio management systems
Experience with requirements gathering, business process analysis, and documentation
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Nice to have:
Experience with wealth management systems such as Charles River, Aladdin, or similar platforms
Knowledge of data analysis, SQL, and reporting tools
Experience working in enterprise financial services environments
