Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) – Wealth Management to join our team in Toronto, ON for an onsite full-time role. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze requirements and deliver solutions that support wealth management systems and processes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for wealth management applications
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to deliver effective solutions
  • Create functional specifications, process flows, and system documentation
  • Support system integration, testing, and implementation activities
  • Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure solutions meet business needs
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and organizational standards

Requirements:

  • Strong experience as a Business Systems Analyst in Wealth Management or Financial Services
  • Knowledge of wealth management platforms, investment products, and portfolio management systems
  • Experience with requirements gathering, business process analysis, and documentation
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have:

  • Experience with wealth management systems such as Charles River, Aladdin, or similar platforms
  • Knowledge of data analysis, SQL, and reporting tools
  • Experience working in enterprise financial services environments
