Requirements

Must have Banner or DegreeWorks Student Information Systems experience
Experience in performing registrar functions
Experience in higher education
Experience in configuration and scribing in DegreeWorks or a similar application
Understanding of degree audits and handling related changes
Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to perform duties and responsibilities on time with moderate supervision

Job Responsibility

Handle program and course build and configuration in the Banner student information system
Update and correct student degree audits
Perform daily and scheduled production maintenance tasks and fulfill customer requests
Troubleshoot and provide solutions to Production issues, and analyze root cause to find a more permanent fix
Maintain existing and create new program progress guides in the DegreeWorks Scribe
Maintain existing degree audit setup in the Banner student information system
Coordinate with stakeholders to translate business needs into deliverables within the due date
Test any system updates related to systems managed
Develop and maintain accurate documentation to capture and communicate business requirements, process design, policy and procedures
Completes other duties as assigned

Partner with Information Technology Services (ITS) to define business requirements for integrations with the Workday Student Information System, the Learning Management System, and Single Sign-On
Develop training materials and co-lead onboarding workshops for faculty, staff, and student organizations in collaboration with the ITS Change Management Office
Serve as the primary administrator and functional owner of Suitable, acting as the main point of contact for the vendor
Manage user permissions, troubleshoot platform issues, implement feature enhancements, and translate evolving institutional needs into system solutions
Monitor data integrity and produce regular reports highlighting student engagement trends and competency attainment
Curate and oversee the campus-wide Engagement Calendar, ensuring events and high-impact practices are accurately captured and incentivized
Deliver ongoing training, maintain system documentation, and communicate updates and changes to stakeholders across campus
Implement approved microcredential pathways, including guided pathways and digital badges that certify skill development
