Job Description

The Business Systems Analyst – HR & Legal is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing applications that enable HR (ZEO Success) and Legal operations. You’ll combine strong functional understanding of business processes with system administration, configuration, and analytical skills to drive efficiency, accuracy, and compliance across multiple domains.

Job Responsibility

  • Serve as a functional and technical support partner for HR (ZEO Success), and Legal systems
  • Support day-to-day operations including data maintenance, business process updates, and user administration
  • Collaborate with HRIS and IT teams to maintain data integrity between Workday, and other connected platforms
  • Lead or contribute to system enhancement projects and assist in larger cross-functional initiatives
  • Support new system implementations or integrations within the HR and Legal application landscape
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify process gaps, gather requirements, and propose scalable, system-based solutions
  • Perform data analysis, reporting, and auditing to ensure accuracy and compliance across systems
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and training materials for business users
  • Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Over 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or HRIS Analyst supporting HR, or Legal applications
  • Familiarity with HR processes (HCM, Absence, Compensation) and experience partnering with HRIS teams
  • Experience supporting or implementing Legal systems (e.g., Contract Lifecycle Management or eSignature platforms) preferred
  • Proven ability to analyze business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and translate them into functional solutions
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis, validation, and reporting
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams
  • Experience with agile methodologies, SDLC, and change management processes preferred
  • Proactive, customer-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
