The Business Systems Analysis Specialist is essential in providing outstanding customer service in the life insurance industry. Job Responsibility

  • Deliver a superior customer experience to the distribution channels—agents and agencies—by ensuring life insurance applications are processed with speed, accuracy, and a strong commitment to service
  • Operate within a high-volume production environment focused on administrative record keeping, application review, and workflow management to support efficient policy processing

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional work experience interacting with customers in life insurance and/or annuity fields
  • Experience working in a production or processing environment with strong attention to accuracy and quality
  • Passion for working for a company with a cause-driven culture
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree preferred
  • Must be able to successfully pass a background check that may include fingerprinting
