Job Description

The Business Systems Analyst position focuses on delivering superior customer service in the life insurance sector. This role operates within a high-volume production environment focused on administrative record keeping, application review, and workflow management to support efficient policy processing.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional work experience interacting with customers in life insurance and/or annuity fields
  • Experience working in a production or processing environment with strong attention to accuracy and quality

  • Must be able to successfully pass a background check that may include fingerprinting
