Business Systems Administrator We are seeking an enthusiastic Business Systems Administrator. The role will be a vital part of Target's Business Systems team ensuring our suite of systems remains up to date and is properly maintained and supported. The role will support business operations to effectively manufacturing, stock, system integrations and reporting ensuring all customer orders are fulfilled in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary support and administrator for a suite of dedicated Business systems and applications; Support system configurations including technical, security & user permissions; Assist in enhancing the structure and data integrity of business systems; Collaborate with the wider Target team and support with issue tracking and change requests via the Target helpdesk and ticketing system; Administration of all development, test and production environments; Perform a variety of housekeeping and ad-hoc tasks, contributing to team processes and continuous improvement; Support system implementations and drive master data strategy to maintain system reporting requirements; Ensure accurate application of configuration improvements/enhancements through test environments and into production; Collaborate with the Business partners to provide guidance and establish best practice with regards to Business Systems management; Conduct regular workshops with the Business Partners to drive continuous improvement within Target Healthcare Group Limited; Support development projects and related integrated systems and processes; Work with internal developer with writing Specifications. Skills and Attributes Required: Previous experience working in an ERP, CRM or Systems Administrator position; Exposure to Microsoft Business Central; Able to use Excel and Power BI and to work with large data sets; Excellent communicator; Able to travel to other group locations when required.
