Job Responsibility

  • Lead business analysis activities for digital platform and CMS migration initiatives
  • Elicit, document, and manage business and functional requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and stakeholder meetings to drive decisions and resolve dependencies
  • Partner with business and technical teams to translate business needs into actionable delivery plans
  • Coordinate activities across multiple migration workstreams, including content migration, site configuration, testing, and launch readiness
  • Track project risks, dependencies, priorities, and stakeholder alignment throughout the migration lifecycle
  • Develop and maintain migration support artifacts such as site inventories, readiness checklists, requirements mappings, and decision logs
  • Create executive-ready status reports and stakeholder communications highlighting progress, risks, issues, and milestones
  • Support handoff activities to development and QA teams to ensure successful implementation and deployment

Requirements

  • Strong background in business systems consulting and business analysis, including requirements elicitation and documentation for digital platform implementations
  • Proven experience facilitating cross-functional teams and driving business decisions for medium to large-scale initiatives, especially website or CMS migration projects
  • Experience partnering with business and technical stakeholders to support platform migration efforts
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills, including managing dependencies, timelines, risks, and stakeholder alignment across multiple workstreams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience creating executive-level presentations and facilitating workshops using modern collaboration tools
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
