Lead business analysis activities for digital platform and CMS migration initiatives
Elicit, document, and manage business and functional requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria
Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and stakeholder meetings to drive decisions and resolve dependencies
Partner with business and technical teams to translate business needs into actionable delivery plans
Coordinate activities across multiple migration workstreams, including content migration, site configuration, testing, and launch readiness
Track project risks, dependencies, priorities, and stakeholder alignment throughout the migration lifecycle
Develop and maintain migration support artifacts such as site inventories, readiness checklists, requirements mappings, and decision logs
Create executive-ready status reports and stakeholder communications highlighting progress, risks, issues, and milestones
Support handoff activities to development and QA teams to ensure successful implementation and deployment
Requirements
Strong background in business systems consulting and business analysis, including requirements elicitation and documentation for digital platform implementations
Proven experience facilitating cross-functional teams and driving business decisions for medium to large-scale initiatives, especially website or CMS migration projects
Experience partnering with business and technical stakeholders to support platform migration efforts
Strong project coordination and organizational skills, including managing dependencies, timelines, risks, and stakeholder alignment across multiple workstreams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience creating executive-level presentations and facilitating workshops using modern collaboration tools
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
