Job Description:

Business System Analyst positions! Permanent Position / Direct Hire!

Job Responsibility:

Analysis of various requirements from the clients and preparation of documents by Working closely with middle and back office business colleagues, developers, SQA and IT Deployment to efficiently enhance platform(s) using in-house advantages to meet middle and back office requirements and leveragability across multiple clients
Identify the data patterns using SQL available from information sources
Analyze design, testing & maintenance of Enterprise servicing platform
Query multiple databases using SQL to ensure and evaluate data integrity of the data entered in the databases
Onboarding template Migration analysis which involves the reconciliation between legacy data and Enterprise data and identifying and capturing the gaps
Work on complex SQL, testing performance of the data marts for retrieving data Using Agile methodologies and HP RTC for tracking the tasks and projects to maintain deliverables
Data (Roles, Entitlements) Setup task as a part of support group for all the application
Functional testing of the IACT Enterprise applications post onboarding which includes end to end testing on Sail Point and target system and review of the deliverables done by the offshore and onshore team
Analyzing end to end data flow
Advocate effectively for outside the box proposals and solutions
Research, formulate, propose and implement strategic regulatory solutions
Defect triaging, defect analysis, resolve defects working within the agile team and defect management, SharePoint/Quality Center maintenance of test results

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or master’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field
Strong SQL, data analysis background, relational databases, Agile tools like JIRA/ HP RTC, and DB query
Ability to work in a project driven environment
Experience or desire to work in an agile environment
