Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Business Systems Analyst to join our dynamic, collaborative, and reliable team. Responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, supporting systems integration, and collaborating with development and testing teams. The ideal candidate has experience in middleware platforms, data mapping, and Agile methodologies.

Job Responsibility:

Transform business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications
Analyze the impact of business requirements on the existing systems and overall IT environment
Assess feasibility, benefits, and risks and provide opinions and recommendations
Create user stories and work closely with the development/testing team to implement system requirements
Participate in solution design, support development and testing
Maintain specifications throughout the project, implementing approved changes
Provide technical and analysis support to BSA colleagues collaborating with the Middleware team
Stay updated on middleware technologies and best practices

Requirements:

Structured, analytical thinking
Familiarity with middleware concepts and technologies (e.g., APIs, message brokers, ESB, SOA)
Continuous openness to novelty and change
Experience with data mapping, data transformation, and system integration projects
Solution-focused mindset
Clear communication with business and IT colleagues
Ability to build good work relations based on trust and responsibility
Ownership of requirements throughout the software development cycle
Team player, energetic, and eager to learn
Good presentation skills
3+ years experience in business & system analysis, preferably in systems integration
Proficient English (spoken and written)
Knowledge of core banking system, integration, loan application, and treasury is a plus
API interface knowledge and previous experience in designing interfaces
Medium knowledge of drafting UML diagrams
Previous experience with Jira and Confluence applications
Fluent in SQL
Previous experience with Agile methodology in medium to large teams

Nice to have:

Experience in the banking field
Knowledge of core banking system, integration, loan application, and treasury
API interface knowledge
Experience with designing interfaces
Medium knowledge of drafting UML diagrams
Experience with Jira, Confluence applications
Fluent in SQL
Experience with Agile methodology in medium to large teams
