Job Description

Robert half is recruiting for experience BSA/ Business System Analyst Consultant for our client in public sector to provide post-go-live support for their SuccessFactors Workforce Management system (WFS), as well as for the broader HRIS ecosystem. This BSA Consultant will partner closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to drive optimization, troubleshoot issues, document processes, and ensure high system adoption and data integrity.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide daily support and subject matter expertise for SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Management and integrated HRIS modules
  • Serve as a point of escalation for user issues, troubleshooting system errors, researching root causes, and implementing timely resolutions
  • Partner with HR operations to gather business requirements for new enhancements, system changes, data loads, and integrations
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, process maps, SOPs, and training materials
  • Monitor and improve data quality, security controls, and user access within SuccessFactors and connected HRIS platforms
  • Support release management and regression testing during system updates, feature rollouts, or integrations with other HR or business systems and cross-module alignment

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business analysis, particularly with HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Management
  • Strong ability to review and document processes and requirements effectively
  • Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and project management practices
  • Expertise in HRIS implementation, configuration, and conversion
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors HCM and related modules
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of data security and access control within HRIS platforms
